- If your weather is below freezing or over 90 degrees, please ensure that someone is home to take your package inside right away, or have us hold your package for pickup at the post office.
- If you have a dead shipment, please contact us right away and provide pictures of the dead insects and we will replace for you.Thank you. Please log a ticket here for any issues that you are having with an order.
