Horseshoe Crab Roaches, Hemiblabera tenebricosa do not climb, fly or even try to escape. They are very calm and spend their days eating, running around and breeding.

Hemiblabera tenebricosa are a great feeder roach and are often used as an alternative to other medium size feeders. They also make cool pets.

Hemiblabera tenebricosa will breed at room temperature and they breed well.

Their needs are few. They prefer coconut coir bedding that is damp. They love fish flakes, carrots, potatoes and any vegetable really.

They also love dried hardwood leaves.
