Description
Sinella curviseta
Tropical Pink Springtails
If you raise roaches, isopods, reptiles and amphibians, you need springtails in your enclosures. They happily eat frass, extra food, mold while also moving about the substrate keeping the air flowing and helping to keep your cultures clean and healthy.
Tropical Pink Springtails, are one of the best springtails for warm enclosures, like the ones we use for our cockroaches, because they like the heat and the humidity.
They thrive in temperatures between 70 and 90 degrees.
S. Curvisetta also make an excellent feeder for tiny frogs because the adult sized Pink Springtail is slightly smaller than a pinhead cricket.
There will be approximately 50 springtails in each starter culture.
