What is it?
Soldier Fly Reacivator and Food is a special mixture of grains, vitamins and minerals that will reactive your Soldier fly larvae. It will cause them to grow and become very active. This is great for feeding reptiles. A reptiles food must be active for them to take it in most cases.
Why does it work?
Soldier fly larvae, which is shipped under various name brands, are shipped in a dormant state. Dormancy is created by the grower through natural means. Soldier Fly reactivator revereses that process and gets them eating and growitng again. This makes the worms very active for feeding.
Who should use this?
This isn’t for everyone. If you want larger Soldier Fly Larvae, more active worms or if you want to breed worms then this is for you. If the size you have is perfect then do not use this product.
How long will this much food last one cup of Soldier Fly Larvae?
It really depends upon what your pan is. If you just want to get your worms lively for feeding, you remove a couple worms, follow the instructions and feed them and leave the rest in a dormant state. If this is the plan it wil last you through many cups of 100 count worms.
If your plan is to grow them all big through their final instar, then they may eat 1/2 to all of the bag.
