Gold Medal Roaches are a beautiful roach that looks like gold. They are a great addition to any roach collection and the envy of many insect aficionados.

They are easy to raise and breed. They love a dry substrate made up of coconut coir bedding, with one corner kept moist. They eat fish flake food, dried hard wood leaves, fruits and carrots. Vary their diet for best health. At between 75 to 80 degrees they will breed like crazy. A heat map can provide all the heat they need in the winter. In summer, they will be fine and will breed well without added heat.
